    Hoffman has maintained my warranty for termite activity annually. When I noticed a swarm on my property this spring, Hoffman (Eric and his team) was very responsive and treated the area thoroughly. Eric explained options for treatments to avoid termites in the future. Their office staff, Vicki, Tara and Rebecca, are very friendly and very helpful also. It has been a pleasure to work with them.     Hoffman’s Extermination provided excellent customer service. I first called up Hoffman’s (back in April.202/) and spoke with Tara, who provided excellent customer service and explained the whole process (I signed up for the annual plan because I would see ants in the spring and fall months and I finally grew tired of trying to deal with it on my own). The techs who come out are great (Eric is awesome) and the spray they use is safe for my pets. In the past two years I have not had any pest issues! I highly recommend them!
