Inspection Hints

Most inspectors are interested in what your facility looks like and how your preventative pest control service is managed. The stations will tell the story as far as cleanliness, bait freshness, proper dating etc. After a physical inspection there is still the question of how well is your program being managed? A successful program can be summed up in one word, DOCUMENTATION.

When an inspector looks at the facility log book, first impressions are critical. It should be kept in a handy spot and readably available. It should be neat and well organized so the inspector can find what they are looking for quickly. Reports must be in order by date and extremely legible. A plot plan should also accompany the log book and bait stations should be numbered and accurately placed. Keeping in mind the importances of documentation, the best managed programs are usually ones that utilize the latest in hand held technology. At Hoffman's, we've invested the time and money to make this new technology available today. Our technicians are equipped with scanners and on site printers. You can be assured that all your bait stations are inspected when they're scheduled to be inspected. A legible report is printed and then all the information is down loaded into a data base.

YOUR INSPECTORS WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS SYSTEM! GUARANTEED!
